The Hattie E. Evans Family Foundation exists to strengthen the support systems around young people. We partner with youth-serving organizations, schools, arts groups, and community agencies to help them operate more effectively and collaboratively.
Rather than creating new programs, we focus on building strong foundations in four core areas: family, community, education, and culture.

Why We Exist
The Hattie E. Evans Family Foundation was established with a clear purpose: to create lasting change in the lives of children and families by strengthening the organizations and systems that serve them.
Too often, youth-serving organizations work in isolation, duplicating efforts and missing opportunities for collaboration. Our foundation addresses this challenge by providing evaluation support, shared data systems, and coordination infrastructure that helps partners work together more effectively.
Named in honor of Hattie E. Evans, whose legacy of family commitment and community service inspires our work, we are dedicated to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive within a network of caring, coordinated support.
